New cell phones to record conversations

Some cell phone manufacturers are poised to add a feature that would allow phone conversations to be recorded automatically -- raising legal and privacy concerns. Friends, relatives, and others would be able to record all conversations to their cell phone, which could come as an unwelcome surprise to the person on the other end of the line.
